Welcome to Gymles, where we help your office stay fit and healthy without leaving the office! One of our three group classes, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is designed to raise your heart rate, tone your muscles and give you an energy boost, all within a compact 40 minute time frame. Gymles is not only about the physical aspect, but also about creating a motivating and immersive environment in which everyone can push their limits together with your colleagues.

The ultimate guidance
Our HIIT classes are guided by a professional Gymles trainer who guides you through every step of the training. But what really makes our classes unique are the large screens in the group class room. These screens show the exercises you have to do, including timers that indicate how long you have to keep up with each exercise. In addition, you get a visual representation of each exercise and how to perform it, and how many sets you have left before moving on to the next station. This makes it easy for our trainers to coach you very well to track your progress and challenge yourself to get the best out of each exercise within the right technique.

Motivational coaching
Our trainer is not only there to guide the exercises, but also to motivate and encourage you. They know how to get the best out of each participant and offer individual directions and corrections when needed. Whether you are a beginner just starting out with HIIT or an advanced exerciser looking to push your limits, our trainer will make sure you stay motivated and get the most out of every training session.
Insight into your progress: Using the screens in the group class room, you can not only track the exercises and timers, but you can also see your heart rate and the number of calories burned. This gives you instant insight into your performance and helps you challenge yourself to improve every training session. It's a great way to track your progress and get inspired by your own results. After class you can see all your results in our Gymles app!

In addition to visual support on our screens, music plays an important role in our HIIT classes. The group room is filled with rousing beats that energize you and motivate you to push yourself to the limit. The rhythm of the music helps you get into the right mindset and gives you the drive to tackle every exercise with full force.
